I've been back here again at RX physical therapy RX for my other shoulder which is also now a torn rotator cuff. The last time that I've been back has been very different from the prior times. Debbi has left and now only comes in once in a while in the mornings to check on, employees. I have not had the same experience I did in previous years. Now mind you I'm down here twice a week, let that sink in .... I'm down here 2 times a week. Life is difficult enough to adjust with all my other schedules doctors appointments visits etc. and my healthcare to add physical therapy twice a week for almost a year now. I have become extremely disenchanted with the front office staff. I know Debbie has had issues keeping people in the office. This is nothing to do with Debbie Grange as an owner or as a physical therapist, she is absolutely awesome! In my opinion, THE VERY best out there. But front office staff will kill a business quick. I've quit 2 other healthcare providers in my lifetime due to quagmires that occurs with the staff that you just somehow can't get out of. I certainly hope things can get worked out when I speak with Debbie soon. Because it's is a sad time to think that I couldn't be back because of staff issues when it's a medical necessity. 10/31/19

This place is A M A Z I N G !!

If you need physical therapy, of any kind, this is the place to be. I've been other places and I came back here because Debbie and her team know exactly what they're doing, exactly how to fix it and keep you out of pain. They are by one of the greatest P/T teams around. Debbie is board certified and has her masters. The same team has been here together for a long time and they really know what they're doing, they work very well together. They understand you, they're very helpful, they're Incredibly knowledgeable and they're the greatest team of physical therapists around.

I highly recommend this place. If you're going anywhere else, you're not getting the best. No one else even comes close in this area. You'll get the best if you're going here. Hands-down!

This was an excellent place for PT for two separate issues I had. A knee issue (tears and arthritis) and a broken ankle issue.
The facility is bright, modern, well equipped, and very clean. There are no parking issues and accommodating my schedule was seamless. Everyone I worked with was excellent. EVERYONE.

If I need PT in the future, this is the place I would return to.

Physical Rx - ROCKS!! I cannot say enough how solid the one on one time with each therapist and the staff made me feel. It was almost as if I was at home. I could hardly wait to go to my next appointment.
I found out about the company from a chance encounter with another one of their patients that had a knee injury similar to mine. I AM SO GLAD THIS HAPPENED!! I never would have known about Physical Rx...

I was given at home exercises to do on my own between appointments, comprehensive and excellent check ups and therapy routines when at each of my therapy visits. Reports to my doctor were timely and helped to make sure I was getting the best therapy routine and on the road to recovery post knee surgery for a torn right meniscus.
I am not sure about the insurance companies Physical Rx works with. In my case being that I got hurt at work they worked with my Work-Comp insurance.
Please do yourself a favor - If you need physical therapy call the office and get scheduled... Your recovery is up to you and Physical Rx will make sure you have the tools and education to help you get back to you!

For a month and a half last summer, I went to Physical RX in Huntington Beach twice a week to receive treatment for bone spurs in my right foot that created a lot of pain when standing and huge walking disability in my right leg that created big discomfort in my left leg, too. The team at Physical RX was fantastic in bringing about relief and also in teaching me proper stretch exercises to do at home, in order to continue the healing effects of their treatment. Finally, I was able to start walking again in a balanced fashion, and also at a faster pace, without suffering pain. Before writing this review, I wanted to be sure how well the treatment was going to work for me over time, and I am thrilled that since my last treatment I've been back into my normal leg gear for over a month. I walk a lot everyday, even on hard surfaces, as well as stairs and hills, and my foot and legs are remaining pain free. Needless to say, however, I continue to maintain the proper stretching everyday that I learned from them at Physical RX. I am extremely grateful to them!

My experience with Physical Rx was positive and gratifying. From the front office to the Physical therapist in the back, you're treated by a professional and competent staff. Glen extremely helpful in setting up my exercises and working to rehab my neck and spine. I highly recommend Physical Rx.

I recently spent five months being treated at Physical Rx. During that time my first therapist Eric was excellent, assisting me with great results from full knee replacement. I had been experiencing trouble getting back to full mobility. Eric, Neal and Katie worked with me closely and helped me on the road to a much improved range of motion.
About two and a half months ago Eric was replaced with Glen who was even better for my recovery at that time. Glen is a very solid therapist who helped me finish my therapy in really great shape.
Physical Rx is a solid professional organization with great staff throughout. I'm hoping I never have the need for PT again but if I do I will go with the Physical Rx team

The staff at Physical Rx was Fantastic!!! Eric and Neal really knew their treatments and they got me back up to where I was able to start playing golf again in 3 weeks time after a full hip replacement. I really appreciate all that they have done to help me in my recovery.

Had knee surgery and found Physical rx on Internet. The Best place ever. Eric, Mike and Neal r the best! They r all professional and and Super nice. The place is super clean and bright with a nice view outside.

I've been going here for about 2 months and I can't say enough good things about this place. Clean, friendly and knowledge therapist. Victor keyed in on my problem immediately and has been instrumental in my great results. Mike and Neal are always watching to be sure everything I do is done correctly.
