Been going to RX Physical Therapy for about a month now and it's made a big difference! Caring, professional and friendly staff who know how to help you with the healing process. I don't believe I could have made such major improvements in such a short time without their help. I will continue my therapy with RX for as long as I need it. I highly recommend this facility!

    Honestly, this place is amazing.
Last year, at the age of 23, I was in a car accident that left me in severe pain, living off of narcotics, and unable to walk more than 10 minutes. Finally after 7 months of this type of lifestyle, doctors discovered a tear in my hip socket and I underwent surgery. My doctor's office which specializes in athletic injuries/orthopedic surgery recommended Physical RX. I have now been going there 3 times a week for the past 3 months. My hip and back pain are almost gone, I am stronger, and I am now equipped with the education to help prevent future pain.
I love this place because previous Physical Therapy places I've been too (that didn't work at all) involved very little movement. This type of therapy relied on machines and contraptions to "heal"- I do see the need for lazer, compression, and massage therapy but it needs to be mixed with excercises. I really was looking for a more dynamic type of therapy. Physical RX is great for EVERY age. There are 15 year old student athletes, 30 year old tennis players, and 70 year old grandmas who go there and find the help they need. I also love the trainers- they are all experts in their field and really help target how to make you feel better. The reformer is AMAZING. I've never done pilates before, boy was it what I needed! After 7 months of not being able to work out, my core became weak- unable to support my back which caused more pain for my hip. The reformer targets your core and strengthens it without doing painful, silly crunches.
Very thankful for Physcial RX, to say the least :)

The best PT I have ever attended and I have attended a few. Debbie spends a lot of 1 on 1 time with me and the assistants (Danielle, Jenn and Neal) are awesome as they are always making sure my posture is correct. I spend anywhere from 1.5-2 hrs per visit and everything is explained very well, things are documented and progress is recognized.
The office has a very fun, family style atmosphere and that is one of the reasons you keep on wanting to go back. I highly recommend seeing Debbie if you have any inuries as she will definitely get you back on track.
I had a shoulder surgery to fix tears in the labrium and few other things and I am already ahead of schedule with my therapy and range of motion. Love it.
They teach you how to work out properly as well.

I've used these guys twice now...Once because of a car wreck injury to my neck and the second from crashing my bicycle and fracturing my elbow. Great location with rockstar (front row) parking, ample space to perform exercises and to get treatment. But the reason why I like this place is the competency of the therapist...They all seem to watch over you to make sure you are 1, doing your exercises correctly and 2, managed efficiently so you're not wasting time. They also have the best equipment, including Pilates machines.
